Policies & compliance

Governance, quality, and compliance at CFOJ Heritage.

A summary of how CFOJ Heritage approaches governance, quality assurance, and health, safety, and environment — with formal policies and certifications being added as the company progresses through its growth stages.

Policy areas

The foundations we operate on.

Corporate governance

CFOJ Heritage LTD operates as a single legal entity for all contracts, banking, taxation, regulatory compliance, and vendor registrations. Operating divisions function under the parent's governance framework.

Quality approach

Quality is treated as an operating discipline. Suppliers and products are evaluated against documented standards before engagement. Documentation, sourcing decisions, and delivery records are kept consistently. Formal quality certifications (including ISO 9001 alignment) are part of the Stage 2 roadmap.

Health, safety, and environment

The Safety Solutions division operates with HSE awareness built into its supply standards. Suppliers are evaluated for compliance with relevant safety standards. Formal HSE certifications and advisory capability (including ISO 45001) are part of the Stage 2 roadmap.

Document availability

Formal policy documents.

Formal policy documents — including governance policy, quality manual, HSE policy, and anti-bribery statement — are in preparation as part of the Stage 1 to Stage 2 transition. Documents are provided on request during vendor onboarding or commercial engagement.
